Week 20 - Sunday June 17, 90 - Off Week

A good week - but my back was giving me some trouble (probably from ladder lifting - gutter cleaning last week).

So - I laid off any strenuous work - by Sunday it was feeling better (so I walked Calhoun). Very slight side effects a la post-prednisone but no headaches. I've gained some lbs. and an inch around the waist - I've developed a pot! Must work to see that it goes away or at least doesn't increase!!
