This was the week they talked about = cold turkey-ing prednisone. Had some tenacious headaches, and some muscle aches, tiredness off and on. Rested as much as I could on Wednesday and Thursday. Cancelled Walker trip with Patty on Thursday. Cancelled lunch with Mom and Ginger on Friday. Sleep got better as week progressed. Severe headaches on Wednesday and Thursday.
This was my birthday (45th) week - many supportive greetings and pleasant happenings.

A day I won't miss.
Friday
Still head-achey - feeling of lightheadedness.

A better day, hoping headache finally passes.

Pot of crocuses to Beth D who finishes her run tomorrow.
A fun day.
Sunday
Good rest, still slight headache - is it due to hair los?

Its been an up and down week - but one full of blessings. I'm strengthened and ready for the next phase of therapy.
